Anthony Richardson
Anthony Richardson attended East End Primary, Warwick Academy and Bermuda College. He obtained a Diploma in Business Studies and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Acadia University in Canada.
His professional training in accounting commenced at the former Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC), where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990. He undertook further personal development and obtained a Bermuda Insurance Diploma, a Certificate in General Insurance and a Master of Arts Degree in Finance and Management from the locally based Webster University. He then attained the Certified Treasury Professional designation from the Association for Finance Professionals in 2004.
Anthony has more than 26 years experience as a Chartered Accountant. During that time, he has held several senior positions such as Accountant General of Bermuda, Chairman of the Bermuda Hospitals Board, CEO of the Bermuda Health Council, CFO of the Bermuda Land Development Company and Managing Director of Cedar Aviation Services Ltd.
Anthony currently serves as a Councillor on the Corporation of St. George and he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and an adult Sunday school teacher for a local Christian congregation.
Anthony is married to Holly Richardson and they have two children.
